Water stones are able to regenerate, revitalize and shape drinking water. They revitalize the energetic vibrations of the water and the minerals and trace elements it contains within a few minutes.
They have a slightly disinfecting effect on germs, which are less able to multiply in healthy drinking water, and delete unwanted information that would otherwise be transferred to the body cells.
You absorb the water and it flows through your body, the effect can unfold, the vibrations of the stones are absorbed in the truest sense of the word. A holistic effect is created.

You can put them in a carafe or straight into your glass. If you want to use them in a carafe, first fill in some water and then slide the stones in sideways to avoid breaking any splinters. Otherwise you can also use a carafe with a sieve provided (like for fruit, you can also fill in the stones instead.)
Please change fresh water every day and put it out after use, for example in the evening, so that the stones can dry once, then you can use them again the next day in the morning.
There is no expiry date, the stones can get smaller over time, but that takes a relatively long time. If you make sure that you rinse them freshly with water regularly and let them dry regularly, then they will have a long service life.
If you want to include the energetic part, then when rinsing with water set the intention that all the heavy energies are also washed down. If you feel the need to do more, then charge them in the sun or in daylight and set this intention "charging with light". Just put it in the light.
Otherwise there is a stone that discharges all other stones - the hematite and a stone that also recharges again - the rock crystal. In that case you could put the stones in a bowl one after the other for at least 1 hour each. You can order a hematite/rock crystal set in the shop.
