Healing crystals as druses

Druses are rock cavities that are filled with crystals. The outer walls of the cavity are covered with crystals. Druses are usually sawn open and offered either as a single piece or as a double druse. The druse form is most common in amethyst. Most healing stone users place their amethyst druses in their living space.
