Water stones are able to regenerate, vitalize and shape drinking water. They revitalize the energetic vibrations of the water and the minerals and trace elements it contains within a few minutes.
They have a slightly disinfecting effect on pathogens, which are less likely to multiply in healthy drinking water, and they also delete unwanted information that would otherwise be transferred to the body's cells.
You take in the water and it flows through your body, the effect can unfold, the vibrations of the water stones are absorbed in the truest sense of the word. A holistic effect is created.
You can put them in a carafe or directly in your glass. If you want to use them in a carafe, first fill it with some water and then let the stones slide in from the side to avoid any splinters breaking off. Otherwise, you can also use a carafe with a sieve provided (like for fruit, you can also fill the stones in there instead).
Please change the water daily and ideally put it outside after use, e.g. in the evening, so that the stones can dry. Then you can use them again the next morning.
There is no expiration date, the stones can get smaller over time, but this takes a relatively long time. If you make sure that you regularly rinse them with water and let them dry regularly, then they will last a long time.
If you want to include the energetic part, then when you rinse it with water, set the intention that all heavy energies are also washed away. If you feel the need to do more, then charge it in the sun or daylight and set the intention "charge with light". Simply place it in the light.
Otherwise, there is a stone that discharges all other stones - hematite and a stone that also recharges them - rock crystal. In this case, you could put the stones one after the other in a bowl for at least 1 hour each. You can order a hematite/rock crystal set from the shop.
