Moonstone is said to help align the menstrual cycle with the lunar cycle.

To ensure that your bracelet retains its effectiveness, you should discharge and recharge it regularly!

Please remember to discharge your healing stones regularly when wearing jewelry every day! The stones absorb a lot of energy, but their capacity is limited - so they should be energetically cleansed regularly, only then can they develop their original power and support their effect. Please do not clean your bracelets with water, as this could affect the lifespan of the rubber bands.

We have a cleaning set with instructions here in the shop, consisting of hematite tumbled stones and rock crystal tumbled stones.

Alternatively, you can also just use hematite for discharging, which is also sufficient and is the more important step, as every stone finds its own primal power again after discharging, the rock crystal only accelerates the process, so choose according to your wishes and intuition.
